Internet muito boa! Utilizo sempre que vou ao Japão, funciona muito bem!

Esim was easy to setup - connectivity highly reliable throughout our trip. Did not experience any dead spots

Service worked great for a family of five. Grab two for mobility. Make sure to reserve before you travel and have it ready for pickup at the airport when you arrive.

Thanks Japan Wireless for making our first trip much more enjoyable.

Japan wireless worked with us to be able to get our pocket WiFi. It was a last minute order that we knew we wouldn’t be able to pick up at the airport due to a connection arrival time but I thought we could receive at the hotel. Due to my last minute booking it wouldn’t arrive until the next day which we were planning to check out of the hotel to go to a relatives house, so Japan wireless worked with us so that we could receive it at the house instead. Everything worked out great and at the day/time expected. During the trip, the pocket WiFi did stop working suddenly so I reached out to them and they responded immediately on how to restart it and what to do if it still doesn’t work. Excellent service and would recommend them.

The Wi fi worked perfectly and the device lasted all day! Much better than the last time we rented this device

The speed was not so satisfactory but the customer support team assisted me always as much as possible and tried to solve the problem.

Amazing service all over Japan

From booking to return, everything was incredibly easy and hassle-free. The wireless WiFi made our three-week stay in Japan so much easier, with reliable connection the whole time. Great price too. We’ll definitely be using this service again when we return!

We’ve been using Japan Wireless for two years in a row during our vacations in Japan, and their service has been superb. Highly recommended.

We recived our "Japan Wirless" at the Hotel that we had indicated on the delivery, it was very easy to understand how to make it work and it came with all the accessories it needed. We didn't need to wait to use it, so we started immediatly! 🏃
We used it all day long and it worked everywhere; in Fujiyoshida it worked, in Hakone it worked, and in the Kyushuu too! Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Saitama... It really worked everywhere!🔝
The last day it was so easy to return: we put it in a mailbox and then they sent us a notice when they safely got it back! 😌
We are really satisfied about the product, the performance, the organization and the price too! The quality/price ratio is really worth it! 🤩
We'll definitly recommend it or we'll use it again when we'll return to Japan! 😎
