We have rented a pocket wifi from Japan wireless for a few years now and always have wonderful customer service and wifi service. Very easy pick up, instructions and returns. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Japan Wireless for their portable wifi router! It saved us a ton of money and Japan Wireless made the process very easy: the router was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and it was easy to ship back from the airport. Will use again.

Efficient pickup and return process. Hoping that future devices will become smaller and lighter to carry.

Internet speeds are fast. Great battery life and great customer support
