Highly recommend Japan Wireless for their portable wifi router! It saved us a ton of money and Japan Wireless made the process very easy: the router was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and it was easy to ship back from the airport. Will use again.

Devices provided were high quality with fast speeds and long battery life. Bag was stylish and had ample space to fit all the parts. Returning the parcel was a streamlined experience as all you need to do was find a postbox; Japan Wireless will even send you the location of postboxes in airports!

very easy to order online - wifi router was waiting at first hotel for us when we checked in. Very easy to set up/connect to.
make sure you keep it charged fully and the back up battery too if you are out on long days out. It was invaluable and very reassuring having the wifi whenever we wanted it and very useful for my 11 year old to still go on Roblox when on long coach journeys between cities!

Easy to order. Was delivered to our hotel as promised. Wifi worked great. They provide power bank for recharging during the day.

Everything went smoothly for this. Easy to find the kiosk at the arrivals terminal, the envelope was ready for me, I connected, and there were no issues with Internet for the rest of the trip. I brought a car charger which was useful just in case because the router does need to be charged dailed. Would recommend this to anyone.
