Very easy and convenient location

I was extremely ssatisfied with all aspects of the wireless rental. Pick-up and return were very user-friendly, and the operating instructions were clear. I did not have any problems with the device and highly recommend Japan Wireless.

I love Japan - wireless. May go-to-wifi in Japan. It never fails us in connection etc.

I would recommend Japan wireless modem to everyone. They delivered mine to my hotel and the drop off is sooo easy. I also had no issues with set up or connection but the battery could use some work. I would fully charge both the batteries and the modem then keep them connected the whole time which makes it last a lot longer than plugging it in when the modem battery get low.

I have used Japan Wireless every time I have visited Japan, and am always happy with their service. My device is always waiting for me at my hotel, and works perfectly wherever I go. I had a small problem on my recent trip and the company sorted it out immediately, even though it was a public holiday.
