Booked my WI-FI in advance of arrival online and it was delivered on time to my arrival hotel. All the kit worked perfectly and drop off at the airport post box was quick and easy. Highly recommended

It was really easy to use and worked flawless during our week! Great communications before on how to get the package at the airport and easy instructions on the set up. No complaints!

The device was delivered on time, it was easy to use and the battery power was enough for one entire day (no nned to use the power bank provided).Excellent internet navigation quality.

We have rented our pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless three times. Each time we have had on time delivery. Our WiFi has worked well all over Japan, even when traveling between cities. If we return in the future I will rent my pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless again.

Excellent value, convenient, easy to use and straight forward to set up and return. Would recommend.

I loved the service

Easy pick-up, easy return. worked great. would use this service again.

I have used other hot spot services and this was by far the most convenient, reliable data connection, and good value for the money to stay connected online while visiting Japan. Highly recommend to anyone else visiting as a must for your trip.

Communication and instructions were really good. Easy to collect at the airport. Great WiFi connection. Simple to drop off at the end. Highly recommend and will use again if I return to Japan.

Used Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi for 11 days. Worked without any flows in urban and rural areas in Japan. And the extra battery pack was worth it.
