Smooth and reliable portable wifi service- two weeks rental with easy getting and drop off packaging at airport

I had good coverage through out the country even on the subway

Everything was great. Making the reservation online, picking it up at the airport with their detailed instructions, and the drop off in the mailbox made is hassle free. They even include everything you need to charge it as a battery pack as well for back up! I will be renting it again next time I am in Japan! Thank you!!!

Japan Wireless is an option not to miss for travelling in Japan ! So easy and so useful to be connected every where at anytime and absolutely secure !

I've found that the mobile WiFi works the best in terms of connectivity when compared to an international phone plan or e-SIM card. The thing still works in the subways and in elevators. Pretty impressive.

Hard to beat the convenience and reliability of using Japan Wireless!

For the first time I rented an eSim for my stay in Japan. During my previous stays in Japan I had rented Pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless, and it always worked very well. This time I chose eSim and it works very well, too. Activation was also simple. If your phone supports eSim, I recommend it.
