This is the second time I was using the Japan Wireless services and I cannot recommend them enough. I placed an order in the UK and collected a device (wifi) at Haneda. I received everything I needed, as soon as I arrived, with simple and clear instructions as to how to use the device and how to return it. In between I received polite customer service emails with the reminder and further instructions prior to arrival. The wifi itself worked perfectly and the battery lasted the entire day so I only charged it overnight (although I was provided with a spare portable power charge as well). Upon return I received a confirmation of a return (I posted it back at the airport on my way to check-in), and a thank-you. Finally, as a customer I also received some very good discounts on offers and sights / cafés - I only wish now I had taken them. Thank you Wireless Japan, I am looking forward to using your service again in the future :)
