It was really great to have a pocket WiFi from Japan wireless while travelling in Japan. The only downside was that the machine got hot really quickly and the battery life got affected by it.

On time delivery to hotel, works everywhere we go, easy return by mail.

Le guichet pour prendre la clé wifi à l’aéroport Haneda est plutôt facile à trouver, et il est facile de poster l’enveloppe de retour sur l’une des boites aux lettres du terminal de départ de l’aéroport.

Le plus ?
Une batterie qui permet la recharge de la clé 4G wifi (ou de votre téléphone portable) lors de votre journée d’expédition.
Il faudra juste penser à recharger la clé Wifi ou cette batterie dans la nuit si vois l’avez utilisée sur la journée.

Très content de ce service, nous n’avons pas craint de manquer de connexion partout où nous étions sur les 2 semaines.

It helped us enjoy the trip in Japan for two weeks.

Worked vert well all the time

Very happy with the service provided, the customer service team was also reactive and was kind enough to change within the day the location of delivery for the pocket wifi. Provided internet connectivity was very reliable as well.

Using Japan wireless for our first ever trip to Japan worked really well. The service was good. With the power bank we were able to charge it towards the end of our day and we always had WiFi available to us. It was easy to carry in our sling bags and made us feel at ease that we could always use our phones.
