Initially, we had a difficult time getting connected in the hotel room. Once we moved to the lobby to connect everything was fine. No other connection issues on the trip.

Internet was fast and reliable. I miss Japan already!!

This might be one of the best travel offers for travel Wi-Fi in Japan. No traffic limit is extremely useful and hard to find, and the speed is great.

It was a much cheaper option than extending our phone plan every day and never had any issues!

I ordered two SIM cards before our trip to Japan. They were delivered to our hotel in time. Unfortunately, there was a problem with installing the cards. We didn't have Internet the first day, although we followed all instructions. We got it after sending an e-mail to CS. There was very a good connection everywhere we were in Japan in 14 days.

My Japan Wireless worked perfectly on the recent trip to Japan. It was waiting for me at our hotel when we arrived. It was easy to set up and I never had to charge it up during the day.

The internet was OK. Enough to travel with.
Outside of Tokyo we had some problems with reception but still it's recommended.
