I ordered two SIM cards before our trip to Japan. They were delivered to our hotel in time. Unfortunately, there was a problem with installing the cards. We didn't have Internet the first day, although we followed all instructions. We got it after sending an e-mail to CS. There was very a good connection everywhere we were in Japan in 14 days.
