Very reliable service. This is my third time using this company and will always continue to use it and recommend.

Convenient pick up and drop off location. Almost new device, the battery lasts for more 10-12 hours of use. Easy to connect multiple devices. Will definitely get this again!

The pack was waiting at the airport on arrival and it took 1 min to set up. The signal never dropped while travelling around the country. Also great to have an extra battery as it was needed on some days. Dropping off the return envelope was also very convenient at the airport just before the departure.
Highly recommend!

Good experience overall even if sometimes the powerbank wasn't charging the device and also there were moments when the connection don't worked.

We used a Wifi device during our holiday in Japan. The first device had a problem after a few days, but was quickly replaced. Even so we were "on the road" the company sent the new device to a nearby post office were we could pick it up.
This was truly fast and great service.
We can only recommend Japan wireless.
