Perfect service, I had no problem.
I never had to charge the pocket during the day because the bactery was in perfect status (I used it with wi-fi activated for around 11 hrs a day).
Connection coverage was about 98% even in metros

Everything went smooth from reception of the device at our hotel, the use of it thruout the trip, and the final drop at the airport. It was a perfect service.

I had chosen an unlimited Wi-fi service plan. It was convenience to pick up at Kansai airport service centre, and just post out to them before we left Japan. Service was extremely good, could connected every where from Osaka to Kyoto and then to Tokyo. Highly recommend!
