Very reliable and easy to use. We used it for 2 tablets and 2 cell phones and it was great.

Had Japan Wireless for a week and not a single downtime. Osaka, Kyoto, Nara & Kobe. Subways always good! Good communication too with customer support. Good reliable service and speed … cheap price…. What else do you need ?? Ohh btw free power bank a big plus !

I would say this was a great experience and choosing Japan Wireless to get connected to data while in Japan. We only experienced slow connections during peak hours, but the connection went back up and running, even in rural areas. The pick up and drop off was so convenient and easy. If I go back to Japan, I will definitely be a return customer with Japan wireless. Thank you so much!!!

I received the wireless device in Narita airport. Instructions provided were clear and there were no connection issues. The battery for the device lasted all day. Returning the package was easy, just place the device in the envelope and drop in post box

I really recommend Japan Wireless.
Long battery life and internet everywhere perfect in every place we have been.

Like I mentioned on the title, it is heavy and big. You need to charge it daily and heats up pretty quickly.
But, it was worth it. I heard people had connection issues but I didn't.
Rather my sister who used esims had connection issues when we visited ryokan deep in the woods while I was able to use it as if I was in the city.
Plus, airports have mailers inside the building so I was able to use it until I went to go shopping at the duty free shop.
The pick up and drop off was smooth, enough data to watch videos all day without getting slow and set up was easy with clear instructions.
If I ever visit Japan again and need Portable wifi, I'll be back.
