Our party of 14 actually reserved 3 pocket wifi packets. the hardest part of the whole event was getting to the japan wifi counter from Customs since we were on a time crunch. but not to worry, the pickup was very smooth, convenient and customer service was spot on and very efficient. did not take more than 5 minutes to complete each of our transactions. the instructions were simple and very understandable. when we visit Japan again, we will definitely use your services again. So easy peasy.

Service was great. The unit was delivered to our hotel and we mailed it back from our hotel when we were done. We had a good experience in terms of being able to get Wi-Fi whenever we needed.

This pocket wifi is superb' I can get internet wherever prefecture I visited. All my family's gadgets are connected. Much cheaper than having everyone of us aquiring SIM. Highly recommended!
