Japan wireless internet help us a lot from day 1 that we arrived in Japan and various places that we visited. Wil definitely us it again on our next visit.

Pickup was easy. Set up was a no brainer. Battery lasted all day. And there was a backup battery if we had needed it. Reception was generally good except at times on the subway or Shinkansen. Dropped of the package at the airport mailbox and got confirmation of receipt in <24 hours.

Japan Wireless makes it so easy and convenient to use their services - from convenient pick up to trouble free postal returns. Their package included the modem, back up battery, and charging cords. Coverage was excellent even in the train and subway stations.
