Excellent, thank you for your help! I will be using your service again in October.

We are very satisfied with this company

The ease of pickup and drop off, the actual WIFI service, and the price: all excellent. My friends to whom I’ve recommended it to all very pleased, as well! 5 stars.

Works great. No problems connecting for everyone.

Worked so damn well.

Received unit when I checked in at my Tokyo hotel. Had it for 14 days--no problem with connectivity, with unlimited data, free powerbank for on-the-go charging ALWAYS, easy return via postal box drop off. No complaints here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It was so helpful to have the dongle when we were in Tokyo. The service was perfect from delivery to return. Having the mobile wireless meant we had access to maps, information, Google translate and much more. It made everything so smooth and easy.

Would be 5 stars but the battery on my WiFi died to fast.

We used the Pocket Wifi for almost an entire month during our round trip and it worked a charm. Every now and then the net slowed down a bit but we did venture into more rural areas as well and it never crashed entirely. The only bothersome thing was that the unit we had sometimes didn't charge properly, so we had to keep an eye out whether it was actually charging when we plugged it in. But that also worked out fine overall.

Really enjoy the service we use this every time we visit and look forward to using it next time as well thank you.
