This wifi really help me during my travel time at Kyoto and Osaka. Easy to setup and return .

Thank you Japan wireless for giving me and my family a wonderful experience using the portable wireless internet. Must have while vacationing in this wonderful country. Will use this again when we come back next year.

Package delivered to hotel as expected. Simple instructions. Excellent quality wifi. Package came with battery charger which we used to charge the wifi unit or android phone while travelling. Easy drop off at Narita Airport. I recommend this company and service.

This little wifi gadget supplied great wifi all over on our trip from Tokyo-Kyoto-Hiroshima-Osaka. The battery life was seriously impressive, just don't try to send large files that seemed to wear the battery down much faster. For navigating, translating, emails and social media the battery lasted pretty much all day. Easy to pick up, easy to return. Will use again for sure.

Worked perfectly! My phone was not working at all without wifi so I needed something quick and they delivered to the hotel later the next day.

The unit is ready for collection at the hotel when we checked in, and very easy to post back at the airpost departing the country.
Never had an issue with internet (and we travel everywhere there), and built in battery literally lasts all day, even though a spare is supplied.
