I was able to use it most of the time but I did have to reset it often to get a better signal.

Great product, easy to pick up, use, and return

The perception was very good. Sometimes even better than with Wifi in the hotel. It was deliverd with a power bank in case the build battery is low. And that the only con of it, the build in battery was very weak so we need to plug in the power bank for the whole time. Receiving the device was very easy, it was send in time to our hotel. Perfect!

Great service. Ir works all day perfect

very professional and easy.

Excellent, very easy, very good service

Very clear and rapid communications with customer service. Service from device was excellent. Pickup and return process was very simple.

It was a really nice experience. We loved hoy the device worked, all the functions were very eazy to understand, and we got cero problems, tk so much :D

Excellent serice… will use it again in the future.

Our device was delivered in a timely fashion to our hotel in Tokyo. We had no problems with connectivity or service in Tokyo or in Okinawa. This is our third or fourth time to use Japan Wirelesd and we will continue to do so whenever we come to Japan.
