collection was straightforward once we worked out where within Haneda airport the collection desk was, and drop off is very straightforward (any post box, using a reply paid envelope provided). The unit was easy to use, and it worked well, although battery life is relatively short. However, I didn't use it that much because I found my O2 phone worked almost everywhere.
