Great customer service! They responded right away to questions I had via email. The SIM card worked wonderfully while I was in Japan and allowed me to access everything I needed. Would definitely use it again!

Had a hard time getting started with e sim but worked pretty well. We got 4 e sims and 1/4 had spotty coverage, otherwise very satisfied

Me and my two teenagers were sharing the pocket wifi during our 3 weeks stay i Osaka. I was a little in panic when I should find the pickup place in the airport. But is was easily found via the screen shot of the airport in the information mail from Japan- wireless. The wifi connection was fine and supported our three mobile phones when we used Google Maps or took a break reading news in the subway. We put it in a mailbox in New Chitose airport before check-in.

It was 3rd or 4th time we used this pocket wifi rental company. Easy pickup and return. We had any WiFi connection problems anywhere we went. On the train, underground shopping area, subway, etc. I would use Japan Wireless again and again.

The process of acquiring the Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi was super easy to do. Easy pick up at Terminal 1 of Narita and easy return with an already paid envelope to any Red Postal Box. I highly recommend it. Super nice to always have internet with 4-5 bars on my cell phone.
