Very good services and pretty convenient
We had out pocket wifi sent directly to our hotel and it was already ready when we checked in.
Return process was pretty easy. We have been using this service 5 times for the last few years. At time, service was down but we were able to reboot.
would definitely recommend using Japan Wireless.

MY GO TO EVERY TIME I VISIT JAPAN
Every time we have visited Japan, we have always gotten the services of Japan Wireless. Super easy to pick up, signal generally strong (Except for one time in Kyoto), and returns are easy as well. Pretty affordable too. Will likely never look for a new supplier of portable WiFi.
I think everyone need this when go Japan. Makes yr life so kuch easier when u drive to remote placea, uo the mountains etc. Never disappoint!

With my pocket WiFi I was always connected and it made for a much better experience while in Tokyo and Osaka.It meant that I could access Google Maps and Google Translate anywhere and anytime. This allowed me to have a stress free experience when using public transportation or if I needed to "talk" to someone or read something in japanese. The power lasted all day but just in case, they supply a power bank which is a nice touch. And having your own Pocket WiFi means you have a secure connection to the Internet in case you need to access banking apps or other apps where you want to make sure you are not exposing your passwords to a public network.
Wireless modem was convenient to pick up and convenient to return. Very easy to connect with my devices. It worked well my entire trip and had good battery life. Nice that it also came with a power bank to charge it if needed and to charge my phone also when needed. Would rent again for my next trip. Highly recommend.
