Very easy to order, we ordered shortly before arriving. It was ready for us at our hotel, it all worked really well and just a couple of days later we could send ik back at Narita airport. A good and trustworthy company!

The place to collect the device is somehow "hidden", but the explanations on the email and at the airport information are good enough. The device worked very well in all the different locations we have been. The device battery cannot last a full day but a power bank is included in the package. I didn't put 5 stars because the port of the power bank or maybe the cable was loose, making it it very easy to unplug "alone". In two occasions I thought my router was charging from the power bank, but it wasn't, and I ended up not having wifi for a while, which was unpleasant
So easy to pickup, works so well and so easy to return, it is my go to every time in Japan.
Nous avons loué pour 3 semaines un pocket wifi premium pour une famille de 5 dont 3 adolescents utilisant beaucoup internet.Au bout d'une dizaine de jours le débit a été drastiquement réduit. Je n'en connais pas la cause. Japan wireless a été très réactif et nous a proposé un échange de boitier ce qui a résolu le problème mais qui a quand même pris 3 jours. Ils ont été honnêtes et nous ont remboursé le temps perdu. JW est une société fiable.
I received a modem with accessories via mail without any problems. The modem ran out of battery but it came with a battery bank. I had no problem with returning the product. Good instruction of how to use and return the product.
