The SIM works always, fast and everywhere.

Easy and problem free order, use and return of portable wifi.

Everything about booking, collecting using and returning was simple and well explained. The system worked very well withour ptoblems.

There were only a few moments in the Disney parks when we couldn’t get service. But overall good product for a fair price

My wife and I spent a week in Tokyo. I went through Japan Wireless to provide data connectivity for each of our phones via eSim. The process was extremely simple, with no manual configuration needed from me. I'll use them again next time I'm in the country.

TOP... Perfect Service

very good experience

Good service. The connection was fast.

I pre ordered this service, online, weeks before I arrived in Japan, whilst still in Australia. The wireless access was at my first hotel as required. It was, as stated, 5 devices connected accessing wifi all day everyday with a battery back up pack, for when the device battery got low. All cords for battery supply provided. The reply paid envelope made it easy to return in a postbox as I left for the airport. Thank you. Saved money as 2 people used this one device, not requiring 2 lots of international roaming costs. Highly recommended!

The service is as described, the device always worked well. They quickly reply to questions (e.g. they sent me a map of post boxes of Narita airport just few minutes after I asked). We did not have any issue or unexpected complexities. I will use Japan Wireless service again if back to Japan.
