Fully satisfied from the service

The pocket wifi was essential on my recent trip to Japan. It allowed me to use translation and mapping apps everywhere. The coverage was good and the data allowance was more than adequate. It was waiting for me at Haneda airport and was simple to post back when I was leaving.

Flawless delivery, service, and return!!!

One of the best choice I made. Fast enough for Pokémon GO!

Great value for money and it work perfectly.
Really polite staff at the pickup kiosk, the instructions were simple and easy to follow.
I've already recommended this to friends and family

Always available!!!!

Top service in Japan.

If you are travelling to Japan and did not take the time to learn some Japanese, a pocket wifi is your best friend. It stays charged all day to help you google map navigate throughout the day and it comes with a charger too!

Airport pick-up location easy to find. Turned on hotspot and was able to use my cell for directions to hotel.

No complaints really - the connection was strong, the battery life was good enough and the battery pack was a very useful addition as well. Returning the router was very easy.
