First time using an eSIM and the instructions to install and enable are foolproof, would definitely use again when I make another trip to Japan.

I also looked at Airalo and Sakura and felt Japan-wireless had a better price point for our needs.

I used Japan Wireless pocket wifi for my 14 day solo trip to Japan this fall. I prepaid it from my computer at home, and when I arrived at Haneda, all I had to do is look for their counter. I used the pocket wifi every day of my trip, carried around in my man purse. Made google maps navigation, restaurant research and other information and easy, smooth and seamless.

Very easy to set up and no problem with speed

Easy to organise, worked everywhere I went. Highly recommend.

The best wireless, it’s was perfect

Very good internet most of the time. I needed to refresh/reload sometimes, when the internet seemed unstable (usually in more remote areas). It was very handy for us to use Google Maps for directions.

Easily transportable, reliable, and I very much appreciated the battery backup as well!

We got unlimited plan eSIM as we didn’t want to worried about usage until we leave Japan. The service was excellent! We could use mobile phone anywhere we went to. We will definitely get it again!!!

Thanks to this router we always had fast and easy access to internet while in Japan. Excellent service and easy pick up and drop off at airport, highly recommended !
