We rented Japan wireless for 2 weeks in Japan and we had no issues at all. It was easy to pick up at the airport and drop off at the post box in the airport. There was excellent connection everywhere we went. We also had no issues booking passes and using the online apps at Disney and Universal Studios. Will definitely recommend Japan Wireless to everyone travelling to Japan.
