as a first timer to Japan, having wifi was a must. japan wireless was just what we needed and came in very handy. will use them again should we travel back to japan!

We got our wireless delivered to our accommodation the day before we arrived. Great service, connection was awesome between 4 users. Highly recommend!

Ordered around 5pm for next day’s use. I was amazed that it was delivered that night to my hotel. We didn’t have any problems with the connection even at the trains. Also returning it was so easy as I only dropped it at any postal boxes near my hotel. Super hassle free. Would definitely recommend this to anybody who needs wifi in Japan! I was in Japan for two weeks and visited five cities, and I had no issue with the connection. I didn't overuse the data, so it worked very fast when I needed to message, call, or do a quick Google search.

I used the sim card for 10 days while i was in japan. It always worked very well, everywhere i was.

if you are hesitant about esim, just get it! Works just like your normal wifi hub without the hub! All you need is your phone and wifi connection (airport wifi). Instructions and set up is easy!

I was very satisfied with the product. Easy pick up and return. It was easy to connect. Worked well. I would reccommend this to people who visit Japan. (Note: we did not visit rural area's)

Just spent a month in Japan in 12 different cities. No problem with wireless coverage anywhere ever. I went with 2 fixed 10G plans spread over 2 week intervals. Very affordable and I used Google Maps everywhere for transportation, no problems even in the basement of train stations. Recommend Japan Wireless eSIM to anyone looking for easy to use wireless product. I’m over 60 and still had no trouble as a first time user.
