Easy to pick up , easy to return and very usefull

I have used Japan Wireless several times now. Always there at KIX to collect and rarely have issues with coverage. Very happy with the service !

Despite having some initial problems getting it to work on my iPhone and the staff member telling me he cannot help, just keep trying… after I got it to work, it worked amazing throughout my trip and I had a post mailbox outside of where I was staying, so returning the item was super easy. Will definitely use services again on my next trip

We have been using this company for many years now.
The booking is very simple. Collection of the device is very accessible, even for anyone who travelling to Haneda Airport for the first time. The connection might drop off sometimes, but this is never been a huge issue.
Returning of the device is straight forward. There is a mailbox on departure gate in Haneda Airport.
Technical Staff online is very good and supportive as well.
We will use their service in the future when we travel back in Japan.

Great experience end-2-end. The online booking and payments with PayPal was easy and intuitive, handover at the airport and activating was smooth. The WiFi experience was great, Always top connection and no Data problems in the 2 weeks. Will use it again and can recommend it to others
