it was easy to order and easy to drop off at the airport. there were some problem with signal but just had to reset the unit once in a while. good to have while traveling in Japan. Got mine in Tokyo, traveled thru Kyoto and returned the unit conveniently at airport post drop box. third time to use Japan wireless.
