Organised in advance, Japan Wireless was delivered to my hotel, ready and waiting to be connected to. Easy to connect, great battery life and connection throughout out the day. Easy to return the device by placing in a mail box at the airport as we were leaving.

Pick up and drop off was really convenient. It was super easy to set up initially. The connection was always reliable and stable, I used it when travelling all over Japan. Will definitely use this pocket wifi again on my next trip.

Very easy to use! Gave me excellent WiFi everywhere I went. Extra battery pack is helpful! Super easy- delivered to my hotel and dropped off at my last hotel! Very pleased with the service.

Title says it all! Easy pickup at the airport easy drop off at the haneda t3 post box office. Always had internet connection while using multiple devices. Would recommend, 5 out of 5 stars

Ordered it online. Easy pick up at the Haneda airport. Very simple to set up. Worked fine during my 10 day trip. No problems.
