Worked Great when I was in Osaka

Service was great delivered to my hotel and WiFi service was excellent

Easy pickup location at airport and the portable wifi worked great. We never experienced loss of the network. We did have to charge end of day, but having the portable charger they provided was convenient.

Very good level of support

Had constant fast, reliable service throughout my trip no matter where I went. Would chose JP Wireless again.

Easily used by family of 4 , came with power bank also. We had to recharge it only on days we were all using the wifi for example on longer travel when the kids were using their phones. It was reliable and easy to carry.

Pickup and drop off very easy and the cost of the pocket wifi was less than their competitors. We only had 1 day with the connectivity but the rest of the time was great. The pocket wifi held the charge for the entire day which was great as well. I have Japan Wireless before and will continue to use them. Arigato!
