Everything went just as it should have. The unit was waiting when I arrived at my hotel. We travelled around Japan for 16 days and had no issues. At the end of our stay I posted the unit and had a confirmation the next day that it had safely arrived.

I love the convenience of Japan Wireless services.

Pick up at HND was super easy, be sure you know what floor you’re supposed to go to. Post box drop off was also a breeze. Service was solid everywhere we went: Tokyo, Hakone, Osaka, & Kyoto. Our device was usually at the end of its battery by the end of the day so the included power bank is clutch. Only bummer was the slow charging- took all night to get to 100%.

We had four people on this pocket wifi in Japan for 14 days with no problems. Easy pickup and return. Would definitely use the next time we are in Japan!

I've used it twice now and it's great. It's very easy to pick up and quick to set up. I'll use it again.

The wifi was great. Easy to pick up and easy to drop off. Coverage was very good in most places except a few times in various train stations and where there were a lot of tall buildings. This meant navigating using google maps a little tricky.Other than that great.

Everything very easy for set up, connection and all. Anyway next time I will take an esim…. For 2 Persons Is less expensive e stil more easy to handle

So convenient to pick up at the airport and use. Battery charge lasted all day for me with lots of charge left. Convenient drop off at airport postal box.

Easy to pick up, easy to set up, easy to use and it worked well when I needed it. Mail drop off super easy too :)
