Reliable, functions as described. Wished for more signal strength and bandwidth at times. Good price

Pickup (Fukuoka Airport) was quick and easy, once we got the wifi package it took seconds to set it up. What's great about it is the wifi device itself was pretty small and did not use up too much space. It lasted the whole day, didn't even use the included powerbank at all. Didn't have too much problems with connectivity anywhere we went. overall, great wifi!

This is very reliable, we having ordering Japan Wireless Wifi for the past 10 years. This is very recommendable to everyone who is going to Japan.
