Very easy to find and setup. Great to use and was such a lifesaver

It worked pretty well, even in the countryside. The extra battery was a plus. Very easy to receive it and return it at the airport. I'll definitely recommend for travel in Japan.

Pickup (Fukuoka Airport) was quick and easy, once we got the wifi package it took seconds to set it up. What's great about it is the wifi device itself was pretty small and did not use up too much space. It lasted the whole day, didn't even use the included powerbank at all. Didn't have too much problems with connectivity anywhere we went. overall, great wifi!
