Devices worked as advertised.

Best connectivity as I have travelled across Japan and the signal strength and speed was good.

Easy to order, pick up, use, and drop off. Experienced good WiFi coverage throughout Tokyo & Kyoto. Great value! This is my second time using the service & I would use again on a future trip.

This was my first time using a pocket WiFi while in Japan, and it was a life saver! For unknown reasons, my phone would not connect to any cellular providers in Japan, no matter what settings I turned on and off, and even the Apple Store couldn't figure it out. Thankfully, the pocket WiFi was my life saver. I never ran out of juice, and was able to allow to stay connected to I could navigate to where I needed to be, and to translate on the fly. Without it, I would've been at a huge loss. It was fast and easy to pick-up, and even faster dropping it off in the Post Box at the airport on my way to security. I'd definitely recommend this service, and will be using it again on future visits to Japan. Thank you for providing such a vital service that most people don't even consider.
