It was great experience. We picked up the pocket wifi at Narita airport. Then for return, we placed the device in the provided envelope and dropped it off at the postal box at the airport. It was simple and easy. We had no issues with the service except one time for 1.5 hours it was down.

Easy pick up from airport and easy returns at airport. The devices are easy to operate and great signal when not in crowded areas. This is the third time I have used Japan wireless when in Japan. And will continue to use them in future trips to Japan.

It's our fourth time using Japan Wireless, and so far it has been really smooth! There was just one instance where we had no signal when we were in the airport, but I'm so amazed that their customer service replied so fast and are really accommodating. Thank you so much!

Everything went well except one day before the contract ended it didn’t connect. However, after emailing them, they resolved the issue quickly.

As always the pocket WiFi was a godsend for those of us from outside Japan. Only negative comment is that there was one short outage period and (obviously) if you’re somewhere without any signal, it won’t work.

Made our visit to Japan so much easier. The router was easy to order, available at my hotel once we arrived, simple to install. Allowed me to be online all the time. Navigate, order tickets, check my surroundings or order taxis. Before returning home just pop it in the mailbox and that’s it. Totally hassle free.

Renting wifi is so easy. After landing at Kanzai, we just picked up the pocket wifi and got internet for 6 days in kyoto. It comes with power bank and charger. Thank you for the experience and very fast wifi connection!
