The pocket wifi was super reliable and very convenient while traveling around Japan. The price was reasonable for the amount of time we had it.

I’ve used Japan Wireless twice now and it’s great to have while skiing and sightseeing around Japan - but I love how it is delivered to the hotel and then I drop it off at Haneda Airport post box in the prepaid envelope it’s all so easy, convenient and safe.

5th times rental the wifi from here, cheap and had good experiences

Renting a pocket wife for my 10-day trip to Japan was a game-changer! Picking it up at Osaka Kansai (KIX) was super fast and easy - no hassle at all. The wifi itself was blazing fast, perfect for navigating, streaming, and staying connect. Even better, the battery lasted the entire day, which was a huge relief. Returning it was just as simple; I dropped it off at a mail dropbox at Narita Terminal 3 with no problems. Highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to Japan!

The perfect product to use internet in Japan without any problem. The battery Is very good (we arrive at 12% in the evening) and the additional powerbank is perfect if you need to stay out of the Hotel for too long.

It was really easy to pick up the modem and use it during our trip to Japan. It was very reliable internet and worked very well. Super cheap as well and just posted the modem back when we were done! Plus the extra plus with 2 usb plugs can run handy. Highly recommend!
