My first e-sim, a very clear process to add the sim to my phone and excellent coverage from beginning to end, for a good price. A happy customer who will be using them again, the next time I get to visit beautiful Japan

Works well. Never had a connection problem. Battery lasted all day even in remote areas. The power bank provided helped extend the Battery if needed. Very light. Great price. It's my go to anytime in Japan. I wish Europe provided something like this.

The speed is overall commendable and stable. The battery condition for the pocket wifi is good. The return process is easy and convenient.

Very easy to research and compare pricing and value. I decided to purchase two SIMs before leaving Australia for Japan, and I made an error in ordering the number of days I needed. I sent the team an email as soon as I spotted my mistake, and a full refund was approved before I had a chance to purchase the correct product. Brilliant response time and communication. The product itself was delivered to the airport hotel on my request; the hotel staff provided me the SIM package on check-in. The instructions provided with the sims made the process simple, and we were both connected in 10 minutes. We travelled to Hokkaido as well as the north of Honshu, and we had service the whole time, no problems, no lag. It made all of our translating experiences much easier by being connected, and tickets to tourist trips and trains could be accessed anytime.
We will use this product again through Japan Wireless.
