Very easy e comfortable

Pocket WiFi waiting for me at my hotel, easy to log onto system, worked excellent while on the go and easy to return items at airport. Wonderful email communication from company before, during and after my trip.

Quality & reliable network

We had good Internet connection on the period of 14 days. Since the moment we land, going to Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Kyoto without any problems, using maps, posting on social media... The powerbank is a huge plus allowing to keep the connection through the whole day. Easy to deliver the itens, just by depositing everything on mail at the airport before security. Would strongly recomend.

I have used Japan Wireless on 4 different trips now and I would definitely recommend it for anyone going to Japan. I like how you can connect different devices to the wifi without any noticeable speed loss.

This device was very easy to use. The service was very reliable. We had no problem using it. It even comes with a spare battery. But we didn’t have to use it. The device would last from early morning until late night. It was light weight and easy to bring with you in a small bag.
