Reserving our Wi-Fi online is easy and smooth. And that’s says a lot because I’m not good at computers or any electronically devices.
My order is at my designated delivery location and ready for pick up upon my arrival. Devices are fast and easy to set up.
Never any problems while using it. We use the Wi-Fi 24-7. We leave In charging at night.
To return… I just put everything into the zipper pouch it came in, put it in the envelope provided and drop it into the red mailbox at the airport before going through Check Point.
Will always use Japan Wireless.

The equipment was easy to collect and had capacity for all the devices of 5 persons and it was easy to connect the devices, the battery lasted for the time we were outside.

Return the device was convenient since you can leave in the post in the airport and you have the envelope included to just put all the equipment inside it.

I would use their service again in a future travel no doubt

The reservation, pickup and return process were very easy. The device worked great and had great battery life. Would recommend!

Nice to have japan wireless

Japan wireless was perfect hire! Always had wifi every where we were and it never skipped a beat even with all four of us connected at the same time
