It worked perfectly throughout the duration of my stay in Tokyo.

We had a day delay getting to Japan and Japan-wireless answered my email telling me the hot spot etc. would still be at the airport for my pickup. My husband and I could both get online every where we went. Fit in small purse. Easy to send everything back in return envelope by concierge at last hotel. Notified they got it.

Connection was easy and the WiFi was also reliable .

Very easy to request online, easy payment and very fast response if you have any questions. I had to extend my rent for the device and had no problem as they responded within a few minutes. Options on returning the device is easy and they even sent an email when they received the device. I will definitely use again when we go back to Japan.
