Reliable. Glad we got it

very pleased with service and newer device...thank you🙏

Very easy to order, pick up, use and return. Will definitely use again on our next trip.

Great service and product throughout our whole stay in Japan. Easy to use with no issues whatsoever.Highly recommend :)

Everything was perfect

Absolutely perfect for our trip - easy to use, reliable, and easy to pick up and drop off. Will rent again for our next trip.

We visited Tokyo for 9 days and had zero issues with connectivity or speeds. The pickup process was fast and easy at Haneda Airport with clear instructions in English. The pocket wifi worked immediately and lasted all day long for our needs without having to use the provided battery bank. Generally we had 2 devices connected when we were out. Returning device and all equipment was easy using provided envelope and there's a drop box at Haneda Airport as well.

I would highly recommend and would use this service again in the future.

Very good and quality work. The only thing is that the battery died quickly. Everything else was cool!

4G package, works as hoped, excellent coverage, only problem, impossible to share connection from our 2 iPhones, too bad.

Family of 3 had continuous WiFi connection throughout our trip. Japan Wireless was thorough and informative through the whole process. Would recommend and use their service again!
