Perfect to use while on the go. Bring the extra battery and you’ll be able to use it for almost all day. No issues whatsoever. Easy to pack and mail back. Would use it again!

I have use travel at Osaka and Fukuoka. The speed is great take a lot of travel photo and upload to facebook with no problem.

Perfect WiFi and excellent customer support.
I will recommend your company to my friends.

Rented for 3 weeks in April. Smooth pickup at Haneda. Reliable connection throughout. Reasonable cost. Thanks for the great service!

This was a good experience. The WiFi worked all over Japan. It was easy to set up and the battery lasted all day with now issues even when using GPS. I would try an E-SIM next time so I would not have to carry the pocket device but it was small enough either way

Great service the portable wifi was at my hotel before I arrived , it had easy instructions & came with charger & back up battery! Easy to return with enclosed envelope to drop off at airport! Thank you will definitely recommend this service!!

no problems at all! wifi lasted all day with great connection.

Excellent on every count. Delivery to the hotel. Mail back at the end with clear postal instructions. Very good reception. Charges fast. Invaluable for navigating trains in Tokyo.

My internet was waiting at my hotel for me. It worked as described with no issues. I would use again
