Service was everywhere.

Easy to install and set up, worked perfectly and with good speeds.

Setup was easy enough. I had to manually input a couple of lines, but it was easy enough with the guide.

It was wonderful to have our entire family hooked up. You made the process extremely easy to navigate I wish other countries offered the same service. I would absolutely recommend to others. Thank you for making our trip less stressful.

Dream come true. Fast internet connection EVERYWHERE we went on our three week long holiday in Japan. Was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived - then to return just drop it in the mailbox at the airport at the "last minute" before going through security. My highest rating. Recommend it for travelers in Japan.

This was the first time I purchased an esim and found it easy to install. So much better than fiddling around with a physical sim card. Worked well most of the time without any problems and reasonably priced.

Easy to order, good service, great connection. Have used them 2 times, and rented wireless router. 1 time during a 3 week trip through Japan, the other while staying at the countryside. No issues at all.

It was suggested to me that I obtain a Japanese phone number and service so as to be able to access google maps anywhere should I become lost! Not only was the service super reliable but I could use it for so many other things ie cabs!! Thank you for making my trip to Japan EVEN more enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience in your country!!
