It was my second time in Japan using this service and all I have to say is I'll repeat next time. So confortable and good value for money.

If you go to Japan, a Japan pocket wifi will change your life.
No more problem trying to find a free wifi.
You'll be covered with network.
I haven't tried it yet in some more remote places but in the major city it's amazing.

Highly recommend this mobile wireless data for couples or groups. Coverage is really well especially rural areas and tunnel area of japan. I have no issues, they are great!

Perfect to use while on the go. Bring the extra battery and you’ll be able to use it for almost all day. No issues whatsoever. Easy to pack and mail back. Would use it again!

I have use travel at Osaka and Fukuoka. The speed is great take a lot of travel photo and upload to facebook with no problem.

This was a good experience. The WiFi worked all over Japan. It was easy to set up and the battery lasted all day with now issues even when using GPS. I would try an E-SIM next time so I would not have to carry the pocket device but it was small enough either way

Great service the portable wifi was at my hotel before I arrived , it had easy instructions & came with charger & back up battery! Easy to return with enclosed envelope to drop off at airport! Thank you will definitely recommend this service!!
