I got two Japan wireless eSims for 2 weeks during my stay in Japan. The 4G connection on both phones was very stable and I'll definitely get the same plan next time I visit.

Easy to set up and reliable customer service!

Struggled with do we e-sim or WiFi. We decided on WiFi and Japan-wireless' small router was perfect. Small and lightweight, we took it everywhere during our stay. Never once were we out of range or disconnected, even on the train system. Will definitely be booking for our next trip to Japan.

Easy to select, order and install! Instructions were very clear and helpful. Made our stay in Japan more enjoyable not having to worry about a cellular connection. Have used it twice, and will continue to do so in the future!

We have used Japan Wireless pocket wifi thrice and it didn't disappoint everytime we go to Japan.

QR Code Scan was simple and quick. I used the eSIM exclusively in Kyoto and had no issues with signal connection. Good service and good service.

This device is a lifesaver

Service was easy go set up and worked well. Had an issue after a couple days where the internet wasn’t working reliably, and reached out to support and they had me delete my eSIM and reactivate it and that fixed it
