Pocket WiFi was waiting at my hotel as requested, very easy to set up and use.Worked perfectly for the whole 2 weeks we were in Japan.

Website was very easy to use to make a reservation. Mobile WiFi package was waiting for me when I checked into my hotel. I mailed it back to you at my last hotel.

Service and equipment were excellent. Great overall experience. I’ll definitely use Japan Wireless on my next trip to Japan.

簡単な操作で問題なく使えました。今回は日本人が外国人のために用意しました。

No issues with this wireless device. Worked as expected. Placed order, device was already in hotel room once i arrived. Connecting was simple. Battery life could be longer however they do provide you with a portable power bank. Overall great product.

seamless and problem free connection throughout my ten days in whole of Kyushu trip.

Thanks for the good service

The pocket wifi we rented for use while we were in Fukuoka worked perfectly for the 15 days that we needed it. It was delivered on-time to our hotel & the return mail process was very simple

This is the second time we've used Japan Wireless to rent a pocket Wi-Fi device. We're once again completely satisfied with the equipment we rented, as well as the organization of how we handled both the pick-up and drop-off. The service was excellent; we highly recommend this company.
