Great service and very reasonable price. It was delivered directly to the hotel which was there when we arrived and easy to return as our tour guide did it for us.

I bought and used 2 times during my Japan trips. Fast connection,no lag very convenient, easy to setup. Definitely recommended!

I’ve used Japan wireless multiple times. I have traveled all across Japan and the portable WiFi seems to work exceptionally well no matter where we are. The customer service is excellent and the ease to pick up and return is extremely easy. I highly recommend.

Used for 3 weeks, worked brilliantly.

Easy installation process - just scanned the QR-code, my Samsung Smartphone set the parameters automatically

Great product and service. My friends and I always use their product.

We were on a two week vacation in Japan and found out last minute we were going to need a pocket WiFi for my wife. I ordered the pocket WiFi and the next day it was there at our hotel on time. It came with a battery bank which helped a lot, and the instructions for how to use it and ship it back were easy to follow. I’ll definitely use them again next time we go to Japan.

Every year we go to Japan to visit different places, we need a reliable internet access, not only to use in going around Japan but also we still have online or remote work to do in the evenings. Japan wireless unit is our reliable partner!

Fully satisfied with pocket wifi, and delivery and return too.
