Fantastic service everytime

Way better than simify. Will only use Japan wireless in future trips

Great WiFi during our 7 days Japan Trip.

Had to reset it a few times when it wasnt working, but over all it worked great and lasted over 8 hours.

Smooth and seamless access and return of the pocket wifi gadget. Connectivity was sometimes flaky. Overall, a good experience.

So easy to find at the airport, really fast service and WiFi worked great. Easy return policy.

The pocket wifi and power bank were waiting for us at our first hotel. Connection was very easy and the unit performed very well during our stay. To return it a post envelope was supplied and we dropped it off at the airport. Overall a simple way to have access to unlimited data while travelling. Highly recommended.

Title says it all. Easy and affordable all the way through. Battery as a little light, so I suggest getting the backup battery if you plan to be out all day.

Excellent service. The device was delivered at our hotel in time. We used it during the whole day without any issue. No need for battery recharge. Anyway the kit contains also a power bank.
Maybe just not very fast navigation: that's the only point to be improved.
