Very easy process of pick up and drop off. Excellent speed and connection. Never had a signal drop even in Miyajimaguchi island and on the top of mt takao. The clincher for me were the unlimited data and inclusion of a power bank which really came in handy as my WiFi and mobile both needed charging after a long day. HIGHLY recommended !!! MUST buy !!!

I’ve used Japan Wireless for years and have always received excellent service. Being able to pick up the wifi unit at my first hotel at check-in and when leaving Japan, I can return it via the mail is so convenient! Thanks so much!

its so easy to pick up from Haneda and return to the red boxes. the service is always good, but the backup battery would charge from dead in 10 minutes and drain just as fast. same issue as last time, I believe. other than that its perfect.
