Equipment worked well. Easy pick up and drop off at Narita Int'l location. Recommended to avoid cell phone data charges for foreigners trying to navigate train & subway stations.
Service was great! Had it delivered to the hotel that we were staying at in Japan. We got to keep in contact with family in the US. We will definitely order from Japan wireless again.

i have a very smooth two weeks in Japan, not only big city like Tokyo, but i went to small town, and even mountain area, and everything is covered by Japan Wireless. The Modem is the best because has long battery lifetimes, seriously... they give us power-bank but i used it more for my Cellular rather then the modem.
its real unlimited, not like other cheaper wireless. the speed is very stable! my kid use it for YouTube all the time and still all of didn't fell any change on speed.

This is my second time renting from japan wireless , and i never once disappointed . I don't remember the device type but it's definitely better than my first one . Battery life last for a day without extra charge , and it's very convenient on picking up ( send to hotel ) and drop it over ( at airport ) when we finished. Thank you , i will definitely keep you in mind for my future japan trip
