We spend intense 9 days in Japan travelling between Tokyo-Osaka-Hiroshima-Kyoto and FujiKaguchiko. During this time we used modem offered by Japan Wireless . We never regret the decision to pick up this device. Higly recommended! :)

Used the wifi for a week all over Tokyo and it never failed. We had multiple devices connected and we all had fast and reliable internet. This is a brilliant device to have, helps you post to social media or back-up all your memories in a cloud so you won't lose any.

great service, easy pick up and drop off

Made traveling much easier and not have to worry about connectivity especially when trying to find a way to get around the body cities. Gave me piece of mind and the ability to always be connected with the internet. Hopefully in the future the technology improves and the device can be a bit smaller and emits less heat in your pocket.

Good signals in Kyoto and Osaka. Convience to use and the battery last about a day after charged.

Easy to pick up, easy to use, and easy to drop off. The price was great and the service us truly unlimited with no experienced speed throttling. We were able to use our data heavy GPS all day with no issues. I only wish the battery life was longer but we had a battery pack so it wasn't too much of an issue. I highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Japan and after much research I choose to go with Japan Wireless. Locating the post office in the airport was simple and our hotspot was great. We were able to use the maps for the trains as well as for Tokyo Disney which made navigating so much easier. We will forsure use them again on our next trip.

I have used Japan Wireless on numerous occasions in various areas of Japan. Their products, prices and service have been wonderful. I will definitely continue to utilize them.
